SHIPPING 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their address is correct and accurately provided to us upon ordering. Orders are dispatched three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post and the customer has the option of selecting regular or express shipping. Our dispatch location is considered 'Rural' by Australia post so next day express shipping to major cities is not available.

If you require an express international service please contact us at hello@daughterco.com and we will be happy to arrange this for you. Delivery times vary depending on locations however please allow 3 weeks before contacting us regarding your order. Daughter cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. If you are concerned about delivery timeframes please contact your national postal service with the tracking number provided for more information.

 

RETURNED MAIL

In the event that your package is returned to Daughter for any reason such as incorrect address, non payment of duties or non collection an admin fee of $25AUD will be charged to the customer as well as any return mail fees incurred. A refund or redelivery will be arranged based on individual circumstance. If a refund is provided the amount refunded will be less the original postage charge and admin fee. If the customer requests a redelivery a new shipping charge will apply. Daughter reserves the right to refuse redelivery based on probability of arrival in certain circumstances.
 

DUTIES & TAXES

 
All prices are displayed before tax. Australian orders incur a 10% GST which will be added on at checkout. International orders are not subject to this charge however your order may incur duties and taxes applied by local customs. Daughter does not accept any responsibility for any duty, tax or other import costs on international orders.
It is a legal requirement for Daughter to declare the correct value of orders on customs forms for international shipments. We will not, under any circumstances, falsify any information and we reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any orders that may request this of us.
